Clearly needs maintenance all over the place. Room is all falling apart, but it’s central and cheap. Recommended if you are ok with comfy but ugly.
8 minutes to get water lukewarm water. Good position next to Ado bus terminal (with frequent buses to the airport)
An affordable place to rest and be close to tour pick up/drop off points! If you're going to Cancun to get tours outside the city, you can hardly get a better price than this. They gave us a room right away even thought we were early! Free Wi-Fi and great service! They offered tours and never overstepped or insisted when we said "no". Rooms are very traditional and quaint!

Try Telcel plan with data. 100 pesos gets you 1gig of data plus unlimited calling and messaging for all of north america for 17 days.
Basic hotel. Pool was cool for the kids. The location is incredible for exploring the downtown area. The room was small but serviceable. It perfect if you're only using it for sleep, which we did. Staff was friendly, wifi only worked in the lobby.
Lovely and cozy traditional hotel. Quite small and close to bus station and best shopping markets Plaza Bonita. It is what you pay for. For £30 a night for 2 people you get a modest accomodation, warm welcome and light breakfast. Loved staying in the city centre.
